Bartender 3 - Gifox compatibility

Bartender 3 is activating Gifox
Versions of Gifox before 1.4.0 interpret Bartender 3's actions as a click on its menu item.

Updating Gifox to version 1.4.0 or newer will fix this.

If you cannot yet update Gifox to 1.4.0 we suggest you set Gifox to "Always show in menu bar" and this should not cause the activation issue.
