Bartender 3 - Bartender Bar not showing below menu bar

Im not seeing the Bartender Bar beneath the menu bar with Bartender 3
Unfortunately with Apple tightening SIP even further with macOS High Sierra we took the decision a while ago to make a version that does not rely on anything to do with SIP, the main drawback was we could no longer have items in a Bartender Bar beneath the menu bar.
