Bartender 3

There are a few things that can cause this:

- Mac OSX has a bug we have reported that will prevent some apps working with Bartender after it has been installed, until the app not working is relaunched, or in some cases the mac is restarted. This will only be necessary after the first installation, after this all apps should work okay.
The other possible reason is that the app has escalated privileges, such as an antivirus, and we cannot connect to it because of this.
