Some System Items are not showing in Bartender Preferences

I recently installed OSX and not all System Items are showing in Bartender Preferences, and I cannot control th eones that are there.
This is most likely that the System Items preferences have never been set, this can prevent Bartender from working with them.

Go to System Preferences-> Accessibility and then check the Show Accessibility Status in menu bar, and then uncheck it.

What we are doing here is forcing the system to write its settings, once this is done launch Bartender preferences and you should be able to control the items correctly.
